5. Account Suspension and Termination

Brixa.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violations of these terms, including but not limited to:

• Misuse of the AI website generation service
• Generation of inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Abuse of system resources or attempts to circumvent usage limits
• Harassment of other users or staff
• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by Brixa.io

Suspended users will be notified of the suspension reason and may contact support@brixa.io to appeal the decision.
